FREE Local Delivery With Minimum of RM500 Purchase
DOMESTIC DELIVERY:
- Free delivery with any purchase of RM500 and above.
- Any purchase below RM1,00 will be subjected to delivery charges as follows:
- RM10 for delivery within West Malaysia
- RM12 for delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
- For local delivery, please expect an average processing time of 1 - 3 working days (which may be extended due to any force majeure events and/or any reasonable unforeseeable circumstances not caused by the Company) depending on the timing the order is placed. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday from 10:00am until 5:00pm. We will require a proper acknowledgement receipt for every product we deliver. As such, kindly ensure you are personally available to receive and acknowledge receipt the Product you have ordered. Alternatively, please provide a delivery address, where an authorised representative is available to receive and acknowledge receipt of the Product you have ordered. In the event no one is available to receive and acknowledge receipt the Product, we will leave you a message with instructions for self-collection from the carrier directly, and we shall not be liable for any missing Product following this incident.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
- We do not offer any international delivery at the moment as we are only selling and delivering within Malaysia. Please email us at shop@melium.com should you have any further queries regarding international delivery.
DELIVERY TERMS:
- We aim to deliver the Product to you at the delivery address provided and/or stated in your Order Confirmation form/receipt. The estimated delivery time will be indicated in your Order Confirmation form/receipt.
- Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to track/monitor the movement of your parcel.
- In the event we are unable to deliver your Product within the estimated time, we will notify you in advance of the possible late delivery only to the extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising from any unforeseeable late delivery.
- If your delivery address is not covered by the courier companies we engaged with, we will contact you directly using the contact details that you provided to arrange for an alternative delivery address.
- As explained above, in the event no one is available to receive and acknowledge receipt the parcel, we will leave you a message with instructions for the next delivery arrangement with the courier directly, and we shall not be liable for any missing Product following this incident.
