ADLV Malaysia partners with senangPay that is supervised and approved by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) in providing a payment system that facilitates and secures every transaction that takes place on ADLV Malaysia’s platform for our customers.

Here are the details for making an order on the ADLV website:
1. Browse our online store, select the product you wish to purchase, and click "Add to Cart."
2. Once you have added your desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout.
3. Fill in your shipping information and address.
4. Choose your preferred shipping method from the available options.
5. Select your preferred payment method during checkout.
6. Complete the payment process, and you are done!

It is as simple as that! Your order will be processed, and you will receive confirmation once your order is on its way.

We use GDEX as our preferred courier partner to ship your orders.

Yes, you can check out as a Guest User. To do so, you will need to checkout with your desired item in cart, input your contact information and shipping address, and then proceed to payment.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including:
1. Credit and Debit Card: VISA, Mastercard
2. Online Banking (Malaysia)
3. E-wallets: GrabPay, Touch’n Go, ShopeePay, Boost
4. Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL): atome, GrabPay Later, ShopBack PayLater

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the courier's website.

Unfortunately, the order that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified. We will begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we kindly request you to double-check your order before proceeding to payment.

You can change your shipping address if the order has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service for further assistance.
